02Il servizio
Tempo di Spedizioni è una piattaforma per gestire le spedizioni: preventivi, creazione delle spedizioni e delle etichette con i corrieri collegati, tracciamento, giacenze, ritiri, l'import degli ordini dai negozi online collegati dal cliente e, quando il cliente lo attiva, la logistica di magazzino. Le funzioni disponibili dipendono dal piano e dalle impostazioni dell'account.
03L'account
Per usare la piattaforma serve un account. Il cliente è responsabile della correttezza dei dati che inserisce, della custodia delle credenziali e di ciò che avviene col suo account; avvisa subito l'assistenza se sospetta un accesso non autorizzato.
04I negozi collegati (Amazon, Shopify, eBay e gli altri)
Il cliente collega i propri negozi dando il consenso sulle loro piattaforme e può scollegarli in ogni momento dal pannello. Usiamo i dati che arrivano dai negozi (ordini, destinatari) solo per spedire gli ordini del cliente e per aggiornare i negozi sullo stato delle spedizioni, come spiega l'informativa privacy. Il cliente resta tenuto a rispettare le regole delle piattaforme su cui vende.
05Uso consentito
È vietato usare la piattaforma per spedire merci vietate dalla legge o dai corrieri, per inserire dati falsi, per tentare di accedere a dati di altri o per comprometterne il funzionamento.
06Prezzi e pagamenti
I prezzi delle spedizioni sono quelli del listino del cliente; i piani e i loro prezzi sono quelli pubblicati o concordati. I collegamenti ai negozi online non hanno un costo a parte. Le condizioni economiche dei clienti di una Master sono quelle della loro Master.
07Disponibilità e responsabilità
Facciamo il possibile perché la piattaforma sia sempre disponibile e corretta, senza garantire che lo sia senza interruzioni. Le spedizioni le eseguono i corrieri, alle loro condizioni.
08Dati personali
Il trattamento dei dati personali è descritto nell'informativa privacy.
09Modifiche
Possiamo aggiornare queste condizioni; la versione in vigore è su questa pagina con la sua data.
10Legge applicabile
Si applica la legge italiana.

These terms govern the use of the website tempodispedizioni.it and of the platform app.tempodispedizioni.it ("Tempo di Spedizioni"). Last updated: 28/10/2026.
1. Who we are. The website and the platform are operated by LOGISTICA & SPEDIZIONI S.R.L., Via Circumvallazione Esterna 225, 80019 Qualiano (NA), Italy, VAT and tax code 10479451212, REA NA-1108951, certified email logisticaespedizionisrl@pec.it.
2. The service. Tempo di Spedizioni is a platform to manage shipments: quotes, shipments and labels with the connected carriers, tracking, held parcels, pickups, the import of orders from the online stores the customer connects and, when the customer enables it, warehouse logistics. The available features depend on the plan and on the account settings.
3. The account. Using the platform requires an account. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter, for keeping their credentials safe and for what happens with their account, and tells our support at once if they suspect unauthorized access.
4. Connected stores (Amazon, Shopify, eBay and others). The customer connects their stores by giving consent on those platforms and can disconnect them at any time from the panel. We use the data coming from the stores (orders, recipients) only to ship the customer's orders and to update the stores on the status of the shipments, as the privacy notice explains. The customer remains bound by the rules of the platforms they sell on.
5. Acceptable use. The platform may not be used to ship goods forbidden by law or by the carriers, to enter false data, to try to access other people's data or to impair its operation.
6. Prices and payments. Shipping prices are those of the customer's price list; plans and their prices are those published or agreed. Store connections have no cost of their own. Customers of a Master account follow the terms of their Master.
7. Availability and liability. We do our best to keep the platform available and correct, without guaranteeing uninterrupted service. Shipments are performed by the carriers, under their own terms.
8. Personal data. The processing of personal data is described in the privacy notice.
9. Changes. We may update these terms; the version in force is on this page with its date.
10. Applicable law. Italian law applies.
